- Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team.
- Duties
- Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Present insurance products clearly and persuasively to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, telemarketing, or outside sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close sales successfully.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
- A valid 20-44 license is required, 2-20 Prefered.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

$55,000.00- $65,000.
