Insurance Sales Representative

• We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, customer service, or telemarketing, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Bilingual candidates, particularly those who speak Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.

• Duties
• Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
• Present insurance products clearly and persuasively to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
• Requirements
• Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, telemarketing, or outside sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close sales successfully.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
• A valid 20-44 license is required, 2-20 Prefered.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
