- The Jason Bromm Agency in South Barrington! Are you an experienced salesperson ready to step into a role with real earning potential? We're looking for a driven, competitive Sales Producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to turn opportunities into results, and who is dedicated to providing outstanding service for their community. This is not a sit-and-wait role—you'll have consistent lead flow, daily sales opportunities, a clear path to grow your income and career, and constant training and support opportunities .
Compensation/Benefits:
Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities (
Total Comp:
$50,000-$100,000) Consistent Leads Provided - focus on selling, not chasing Monday-Friday schedule Hands-on training and ongoing coaching Clear career growth path within the agency Paid Time Off (PTO)
Ideal Traits We're Looking For:
Currently licensed in Illinois (Property & Casualty preferred) or actively pursuing. Will help obtain for the right candidate! Life/Health licenses a plus! Must be willing to obtain after 90 days. Proven sales performer Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated Confident closing skills with a strong sense of urgency Comfortable handling high activity: calls, follow-ups, and pipeline management Coachable and open to feedback to continuously improve Strong communicator who builds trust quickly Self-starter with a "no excuses" mindset and daily drive to win
What You'll Do:
Drive new business through inbound leads and outbound outreach Quote, present, and close personal lines insurance policies Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into sales Cross-sell and upsell to maximize each client relationship Build referral partnerships (realtors, lenders, etc.) Deliver excellent service to retain and grow your book of business Hit (and exceed) monthly sales goals—because performance pays Requirements Active Illinois Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain quickly) Life & Health License (or obtain within 30 days) Sales or client-facing experience required Strong work ethic and commitment to daily activity

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
