About the Role As a Licensed Health Insurance Agent, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and families navigate their health insurance options with confidence. You'll educate clients, identify their needs, and recommend personalized coverage solutions that protect their health and financial well-being. This role combines meaningful client impact with significant income potential for motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities Consult with prospective clients regarding health insurance coverage options Educate consumers on available plans and benefits Build and maintain strong client relationships Recommend coverage solutions tailored to individual needs Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development Compensation Competitive base compensation available Performance-based commission structure Tiered earning opportunities based on production Weekly and daily bonus incentives Significant earning potential for top performers 1099 Independent Contractor Position Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process. Qualifications Required Active Florida Health Insurance License (2-15, 2-40, 215, or 240) Full-time availability Ability to work on-site in our Fort Lauderdale office Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude Coachable mindset and strong work ethic Preferred Previous health insurance sales experience Call center or phone sales experience Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Location Monarch Life and Health Advisors 3315 NW 10th Terrace, Suite #106 Oakland Park, FL 33309 Conveniently located near I-95 and Cypress Creek Road.
