Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong understanding of homeowners and auto insurance policies. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs for homeowners and auto coverage. Explain policy options clearly and concisely, helping clients make informed decisions. Develop and present customized insurance quotes and proposals. Effectively close sales and achieve individual and team sales goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and encourage referrals. Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and competitor activities. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
