Salary Range:

$30,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Work from Home Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Tuition Reimbursement Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Valid Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License. Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable working in a customer-facing, in-office environment. Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs. Present and explain various insurance policy options clearly and effectively. Customize insurance solutions to meet individual client requirements. Process applications and manage policy issuance accurately. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the agency team to achieve sales goals.
