Plus, you'll have the freedom to set your own hours. This role is a base hourly + commissions + bonuses role.

What You'll Do:

Connect with potential clients (leads provided•you just need to develop and close the deal) Build local relationships and understand client needs Offer tailored insurance solutions that work for each individual or business Close deals and meet your sales goals Keep track of your own pipeline and follow up with leads Be a go-to expert in the world of insurance

Strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude Previous insurance sales experience is awesome Someone who thrives in a commission-driven environment A passion for helping people and solving problems Basic understanding of insurance (we can help with training, no worries)
