  • Active resident license in Property & Casualty insurance is required for this role
  • We are seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent to join this team.
This fully remote role offers strong earning potential, monthly bonus opportunities, and ongoing professional development in a supportive, performance-driven environment. Responsibilities Actively generate your own leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting Own and manage your sales pipeline from prospecting to close Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend appropriate coverage Quote, bind, issue, and renew policies with multiple carriers Build and maintain long-term client relationships Cross-sell and upsell insurance products Maintain accurate records and ensure licensing and compliance requirements are met Required Qualifications 3+ years of insurance sales experience Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Texas Ability to obtain non-resident licenses as needed Strong time-management and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly motivated with a strong drive for success Benefits Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) Monthly bonus opportunities How to Apply Apply today to be considered for this opportunity.
