In this role, you will leverage your expertise in property and casualty insurance to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our agency's ongoing success. This position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $40,000 plus commission and performance-based bonuses totaling to an additional $50,000-$110,000. Earnings potential varies based on experience, sales performance, and meeting or exceeding expectations.
