Position Overview As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative , you will work directly with individuals and families to provide customized insurance and financial protection solutions tailored to their needs. This is a consultative sales role focused on relationship-building, client education, and helping people protect what matters most. The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment with strong income potential. What You'll Do Meet with clients virtually and/or in person to assess financial protection needs Present life insurance and related protection solutions Build long-term relationships through trust and education Guide clients through the application and underwriting process Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management Generate referrals and develop long-term client relationships Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development Operate with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first mindset What We're Looking For Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional and self-driven attitude Ability to work independently and manage personal production goals Coachable mindset with a desire for continuous improvement Strong work ethic and commitment to personal growth
