They need real support, field guidance, case support, and a system they can actually build with. We are looking for licensed Life Insurance agents who want more than basic onboarding, generic training videos, and a "good luck" conversation after contracting. This opportunity is built for agents who want support, structure, leadership development, and a clear path to grow from producer to business builder. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Meet with individuals and families to discuss Life Insurance protection Build and manage a book of business Follow up with clients and prospects professionally Use structured systems for client communication and pipeline management Participate in field development, coaching, and case review Improve client conversations, needs analysis, and follow-through Develop toward leadership and agency-building if that is part of your long-term goal

REQUIREMENTS
Active Life Insurance license preferred Professional communication skills Coachable and dependable Comfortable speaking with clients by phone, video, or in person Able to dedicate consistent weekly time to appointments, follow-up, and development Willing to follow a structured business-building process Open to accountability, coaching, and leadership development
COMPENSATION
This is a performance-based insurance sales opportunity. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process. Income is not guaranteed and depends on licensing, activity, appointments, issued business, persistency, and role development.
Pay:
$125,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
