They struggle because they lack real support after getting contracted. We are looking for licensed Life Insurance agents who want more than another contract, another carrier list, or another training library. This opportunity is built for agents who want field support, case guidance, follow-up structure, book-of-business development, and a serious environment to grow inside. This is for agents who are tired of being told they have support, but still feel like they are building alone.
What You'll Do:
Meet with individuals and families to discuss life insurance protection Build and manage a book of business Follow up with clients and prospects professionally Use structured systems for client communication and pipeline management Participate in field development, coaching, and case review Learn how to improve client conversations, needs analysis, and follow-through Develop toward leadership if that is part of your long-term goal

Who This Is For:
This role is best suited for a licensed agent who wants to build with more structure, more support, and more accountability. We are looking for someone who is professional, coachable, consistent, and serious about building a real business in the life insurance industry.
Requirements:
Active Life Insurance license preferred Professional communication skills Coachable and dependable Comfortable speaking with clients by phone, video, or in person Able to dedicate consistent weekly time to appointments, follow-up, and development Willing to follow a structured business-building process
Compensation:
This is a performance-based insurance sales opportunity. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process. Income is not guaranteed and depends on licensing, activity, appointments, issued business, and role development.
