Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Licensed Life Insurance Agent to join our team and make a meaningful impact on clients' financial futures. Responsibilities Engage in outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through various channels including telemarketing, networking, and community events. Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate policies. Negotiate policy terms and premium rates with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and optimal coverage. Manage sales administration tasks such as preparing proposals, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records. Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, ensuring they understand policy benefits and features. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and expand market reach. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, assisting with policy updates, and explaining benefits in a clear manner. Stay informed about industry regulations including HIPAA compliance standards related to health information privacy when applicable. Qualifications Valid life insurance license with proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail or telemarketing sales. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Demonstrated success in outside sales environments, including prospecting and closing deals. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable for engaging a broader client base. Proficiency in sales administration software, analysis tools, and marketing strategies to optimize outreach efforts. Exceptional analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable policies.
