Negotiate plan options and benefits with clients, ensuring clarity and transparency while aligning with their preferences. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and guiding clients through the enrollment process. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that enhance brand awareness and generate new leads. Stay informed about industry changes, plan updates, and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate advice and compliance. Requirements Valid state license as a Medicare Insurance Agent or willingness to obtain licensing upon hire. Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales environments demonstrating strong negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse communities effectively. Familiarity with sales administration tools and analysis skills to track performance metrics and customer data. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and benefits administration is preferred.
