Responsibilities Our Sales Representative will sell individual health plan products and services in a field setting. Make sales presentations to eligible qualified Medicare persons - virtually, at their homes, doctors' offices, etc. using approved governmental guidelines. Initiate sales opportunities with seniors, individually or in groups, to sell individual health plan policies. Make virtual and on-site presentations to prospective seniors or senior groups to increase enrollment. Qualify prospects onsite and close sale, if possible. Otherwise, refer to inside sales for follow-up. Influence department's strategy. The Advocate Health Advisors Sales Representative sells individual health plan products and services in a field setting tailored to each individual's needs. Under minimum supervision, initiates sales opportunities with seniors, individually or in groups, to sell individual health plan policies. Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Required Qualifications Hold an active Health & Life Insurance License Medicare sales experience - (2+ years experience preferred) Ability to establish relationships with community partners Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word Ability to successfully navigate mobile applications High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently Valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
