Position Overview We are hiring Already Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Representatives to manage the entire client journey—from initial conversation to policy placement. This is a performance-driven, remote sales role where you will: Speak with clients Identify needs Present tailored insurance solutions Close policies This role is ideal for individuals who: Want to earn uncapped income Thrive in a remote, self-managed environment Are confident in consultative selling and closing Money motivated and driven for success Types of people who thrive in this role: Previous or current competitive athletes People with experience in high-ticket sales (real estate, medical sales, etc.) Money-motivated, professional individuals What You'll Do Handle inbound and outbound leads Conduct needs-based consultations with clients via phone or virtual meetings Educate clients on Property and Casualty Insurance Products Present customized solutions in a clear, client-first manner Manage the full sales cycle : Lead Consultation Presentation Close Guide clients through the application and enrollment process Maintain follow-ups and build a pipeline of active prospects Stay compliant with all carrier and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For Someone who actively maintains a current Property & Casualty Insurance License At least 1 year of experience working in P&C Strong communication and closing ability Self-motivated and comfortable working 100% remotely Coachable with a growth-oriented mindset Compensation & Earnings 100% Commission-Based (Uncapped) High earning potential based on production and consistency Typical earnings in the first 36 months: $80,000- $200,000+ annually Limitless revenue growth Residual Income and Ownership in your Book of Business Important Onboarding Requirement To ensure a strong and committed team environment: Candidates must be verbally committed to the position All required paperwork and documentation must be completed and submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the official start date This ensures you are fully prepared, onboarded, and positioned to succeed from day one.
