In this role, you will be responsible for providing clients with insurance solutions tailored to their needs. You will engage in outside sales activities, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure they receive the best possible service. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze client requirements will be crucial in helping them navigate their insurance options. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to meet client requirements. Provide ongoing support and benefits administration for existing clients. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and products to provide accurate information to clients. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction. Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining company standards. Familiarity with benefits administration processes is a plus. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is beneficial for handling sensitive information.
