Commission-Based (Not Salary) Overview We're hiring motivated Life Insurance Agents & Financial Associates to help clients secure their financial futures. You'll educate clients, recommend insurance and financial solutions, and build your own book of business with strong growth potential. Responsibilities Engage Clients through outside sales, networking, and outreach Assess Client Needs and recommend insurance/financial products Develop Plans using Experior's EFA financial software Support Clients with policy questions, claims, and adjustments Manage Applications and maintain accurate client records Provide Financial Guidance and help clients understand risk Ensure Compliance with company and industry standards Qualifications Sales experience (outside sales, retail, or telemarketing) Strong communication skills; bilingual a plus Familiarity with insurance or financial services preferred Analytical, organized, and able to manage multiple clients Professional appearance and reliable transportation Integrity, reliability, and a service‑driven mindset Self‑motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow Commission‑based role.
