Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Life Insurance Agent and become a vital partner in helping individuals and families secure their financial futures. Duties Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and telemarketing campaigns to generate leads. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable life insurance products. Negotiate policy terms and premium rates with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on client inquiries. Utilize marketing strategies to promote insurance products across various channels, including multilingual communication to reach diverse audiences. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, explaining policy benefits, and assisting with claims or benefits administration. Stay informed about industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) to ensure compliance during client interactions. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to evaluate client needs effectively. Knowledge of insurance sales practices, benefits administration, and marketing techniques. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships. Ability to work independently in outside environments while managing multiple priorities efficiently. Understanding of industry regulations such as HIPAA is preferred; ongoing training will be provided as needed.
