Responsibilities :

Educate clients on financial products and services, focusing on life insurance solutions. Develop and maintain client relationships through exceptional service and trust. Conduct needs-based analysis to tailor insurance plans that meet individual and family needs. Build and manage your own book of business. Attend ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications :

Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to succeed. No prior experience is required; we welcome individuals from all backgrounds. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented. Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (we will provide guidance and resources).
