Duties Engage actively in outside sales activities to identify new clients and expand the customer base for life insurance products Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients, recommending suitable policies that align with their financial goals and personal circumstances Negotiate terms and premiums with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement on policy details Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on policy inquiries Utilize marketing strategies to promote insurance products across various channels, including telemarketing efforts and community outreach Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions promptly and guiding them through the insurance purchasing process Collaborate with underwriters and benefits administrators to ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) Experience Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable Familiarity with sales administration processes and CRM tools to track client interactions and follow-ups recommended but not required.
