Control your schedule. Get paid based on your effort. The Shank Group is expanding and looking for motivated, coachable Life Insurance Agents to join our sales team. You'll work with clients who have expressed interest in life insurance coverage and help them find solutions that fit their needs. Why The Shank Group? Warm Leads — Speak with clients who have requested information about life insurance coverage Work From Home — Manage your own calendar and client appointments Training & Mentorship — Get onboarding support, coaching, and ongoing guidance Proven Sales Process — Follow a structured system for client conversations and applications Uncapped Income Potential — Commission-based pay with bonus opportunities available Growth-Focused Environment — Ideal for agents who are coachable, consistent, and self-motivated What You'll Do Speak with prospective clients by phone or Zoom Assess each client's life insurance needs and financial goals Present appropriate life insurance options, including term and permanent coverage Submit applications and assist clients through the underwriting process Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity Provide ongoing service and follow-up to clients as needed Participate in team training and coaching sessions Who We're Looking For Active life insurance license preferred Previous life insurance or sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Coachable, goal-driven, and comfortable following a proven process Able to work independently and manage your own schedule Reliable internet connection and professional workspace Compensation & Requirements Commission-based role Bonus opportunities may be available based on performance Full-time or part-time options Must be U.S.-based No sponsorship available Earnings vary and are performance-based. Success depends on effort, consistency, and ability to follow the training and sales process.
