Now we're looking for a driven, experienced Life Insurance Solicitor to join our growing team in Comstock Park, MI. Position Summary You will work directly with new prospects and our large book of existing Farm Bureau clients to deliver life insurance solutions that truly fit their needs. This is a high-earning, performance-based role with strong monthly cash flow and massive upside for top producers. Duties Conduct needs-based consultations with new prospects and existing Farm Bureau clients to identify life insurance and annuity solutions that protect families, secure retirement income, and meet long-term financial goals Present and sell a full range of life insurance products (term, whole, universal, and indexed life) as well as fixed, indexed, and variable annuities Build and maintain a strong pipeline by prospecting, following up on warm leads, and generating referrals from the agency's established book of business Deliver professional, client-focused presentations and recommendations tailored to farmers, families, small-business owners, and retirees in the West Michigan area Submit high-quality life insurance and annuity applications, ensure smooth underwriting and issuance processes, and deliver policies promptly Provide ongoing service and reviews to existing clients to identify cross-sale opportunities for additional life coverage or annuity rollovers Accurately track and report production (applications, premiums, and commissions) to qualify for monthly per-app pay, real-time commission splits, and year-end tier bonuses Maintain full compliance with all Farm Bureau, state insurance regulations, and agency standards, including E&O requirements and ethical sales practices Collaborate with the Clark Farm Bureau Agency team (agents, support staff, and marketing) to maximize client outcomes and agency growth Continuously build product knowledge on Farm Bureau life insurance and annuity offerings to become a trusted advisor to clients Required Skills Proven track record in life insurance and annuity sales (minimum 2+ years of successful production) Strong consultative selling and needs-analysis skills with the ability to close complex cases Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated, organized, and driven to consistently hit and exceed production targets Active Michigan Life Insurance license (or ability to obtain immediately) Job Summary Clark Farm Bureau Agency, a trusted West Michigan insurance leader since 1975, is seeking a seasoned Life Insurance Solicitor to join our team in Comstock Park, MI.
