Your primary responsibility will be to assist elderly or a specific group of individuals in understanding and enrolling in Medicare plans that best suit their needs. Skills Strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly to clients. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and compliance. Proven sales skills with a focus on building relationships Experience in retail sales is advantageous for understanding customer dynamics.
