Property & Casualty Insurance Agent

Grand Mutual Insurance Services is seeking a licensed insurance agent to join our growing team as an Account Manager. We are looking for someone organized, professional, and client focused who can manage renewals, maintain strong client relationships, and assist with servicing personal and commercial insurance accounts. This position can be remote, hybrid, or in office at our Woodland Hills, California location.

Responsibilities:

Process policy renewals and remarket accounts when needed Reach out to clients regarding renewals, policy changes, and coverage reviews Handle client servicing requests and follow up in a timely manner Review coverages and assist clients with policy questions Work with carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes and resolve issues Maintain accurate client records and documentation Assist producers and management with day to day account management tasks

Requirements:

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License Insurance agency experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment Experience with agency management systems is a plus Self motivated and dependable
