This is a remote, commission-based opportunity for someone who is comfortable talking with people, learning a proven sales process, and helping families find life insurance coverage that fits their needs and budget. No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, and support to help you get started and grow. What You'll Do Connect with prospective clients who are interested in life insurance options Conduct phone or virtual appointments to understand each client's needs Explain coverage options clearly and professionally Help clients choose policies that fit their goals and budget Follow up with clients throughout the application process Stay organized with client notes, applications, and next steps Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team support What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and a professional attitude Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely Coachable, organized, and willing to follow a proven process Comfortable speaking with clients by phone or video Sales, customer service, retail, or telemarketing experience is helpful but not required Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Must be willing to obtain a life insurance license if not already licensed What We Provide Remote work flexibility Training and mentorship Supportive team environment Proven sales systems and tools Opportunity to grow based on your effort and performance Compensation This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity.
