Experience and Credentials:

Required:

Active Insurance License (P&C, Life, Health, or L&H accepted).

Required:

Fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written.

Preferred:

Experience in insurance agency sales or service. 1+ years in the insurance industry preferred.

Responsibilities:

Maintain high activity levels, handling phone calls, texts, emails, and in person client interactions. Serve new and existing State Farm clients in both English and Spanish. Manage the new business onboarding process. Schedule insurance reviews and financial appointments. Identify new business opportunities via telephone, referrals, walk ins, and various lead sources provided. Identify cross sell opportunities across the agency's product lines.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday. A consistent 40-hour workweek, in office.
