Position Overview We are seeking Remote Sales Representatives to work directly with prospective clients, educate them on insurance options, and guide them through the enrollment process. This is a remote, performance-based role designed for individuals who are: Self-motivated Strong communicators Goal-oriented Looking to build long-term income and career growth Whether you're already licensed or completely new to the insurance industry, we welcome both experienced professionals and entry-level candidates. Candidates who are not currently licensed will have the opportunity to complete pre-licensing requirements and obtain the necessary licensing as part of their development journey. You'll connect with prospective clients, conduct virtual consultations, and help families find insurance solutions that fit their needs. What You'll Do Conduct phone consultations with prospective clients Explain insurance products and coverage options clearly and professionally Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships Follow up consistently with leads and pipeline opportunities Track activity, sales metrics, and customer information accurately Participate in ongoing training and team development meetings What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-discipline and ability to work remotely Positive, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset Goal-driven attitude with strong work ethic Comfortable working in a commission-only environment Previous phone sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required Licensed and unlicensed candidates are encouraged to apply Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing if not currently licensed Compensation Commission-only compensation structure Uncapped commission potential Performance bonuses and incentives Flexible earning potential based on effort and production Expected earnings for part-time agents: $75,000+ annually Expected earnings for full-time agents: $100,000+ annually Your income is directly tied to your activity, consistency, and performance.
