We partner with small and mid-size businesses (20-200 employees) to design and deliver group health insurance solutions that protect their people and strengthen their bottom line. We are not a call center. We are not a revolving door. We are a growth-minded team that invests in your development and rewards performance — period. Our top producers started exactly where you are right now. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Professional specializing in Employee Benefits within the insurance brokerage industry. In this role, you will be at the forefront of connecting clients with tailored insurance solutions that enhance their benefits packages. This is a 1099 commission-based role. Your income is determined by your effort and skill — not a salary cap. Your energetic approach and exceptional communication skills will drive new business development, foster lasting client relationships, and promote comprehensive benefits administration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your sales expertise and customer service excellence make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities ▸ Prospect and cold-call C-suite decision makers (CEO, CFO) at small and mid-size companies ▸ Navigate gatekeepers and set qualified appointments with key decision makers ▸ Deliver compelling presentations on group health insurance and employee benefits ▸ Build a book of business through relationship development, referrals, and follow-up ▸ Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and leadership development ▸ Manage your pipeline and client records with discipline and accuracy
