Monday to Friday (Hybrid) Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager in Natick, MA for our client, managing large commercial insurance accounts in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. In this role, you will oversee renewals, support new business, and advise on complex coverage while serving as the primary liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams. Ideal for licensed professionals with strong commercial lines experience and proficiency in Applied EPIC. Responsibilities as theSenior Commercial Lines Account Manager:
Client Communication:
Handle client inquiries, documentation requests, and coverage questions with minimal AE direction.Policy & Renewal Management:
Prepare submissions, binders, proposals, and renewals while coordinating with CSRs and underwriters.Coverage & Risk Analysis:
Provide detailed coverage analysis and support account rounding for large, complex accounts.Audit & Billing Oversight:
Resolve audit disputes, monitor agency bill invoices, and manage policy cancellations for non-payment.Cross-Selling & Referrals:
Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to other departments as appropriate.Client & Team Support:
Attend client meetings on behalf of the AE and participate in internal strategy sessions. Qualifications for theSenior Commercial Lines Account Manager:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field preferred.Experience:
5+ years in commercial lines account management, specializing in large and complex accounts.Licensure:
Active Property & Casualty license required.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applied EPIC is required.Skills & Attributes:
Strong communication and customer service skills, proactive and organized, with the ability to manage priorities independently and reliable transportation for client visits.Application Notice:
