We are looking for a full-time Insurance Sales Representative who is looking for a great opportunity to advance their career. In-office Salary Range:
$40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Retirement Plan Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Must have or be willing to obtain a South Carolina Property and Casualty License. Licensing assistance is available for the right person. 1+ Years of demonstrated success in overall marketing or sales Insurance experience is not required, but one must be willing to learn Basic computer software knowledge. Agency Management System (AMS) is a BONUS. Demonstrates the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision Ambitious self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, cold calling, and lead databases. Ask leading questions to find out the client's needs while developing rapport. Presents and explains insurance policy options based on client needs and personal goals. Ask clients for referrals, set appointments , perform follow-ups , and maintain a high level of client retention. Maintains phone time or sales quotas determined by management and grows sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
