We are an established Allstate Agency with over 32 years of local presence in Florence, SC. We are seeking highly motivated and competitive individuals to join our growing sales force. Whether you have experience or you're just starting out, we'll provide the tools to build a successful and rewarding career. Compensation (Uncapped Earning Potential): Base Salary plus Commission Bonuses Various promotions throughout the year

Responsibilities:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain compliance with company and industry standards.

Requirements:

P&C license (required) but will be willing to help the right candidate pursue their license. Sales experience (preferred) Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening). People-oriented. Self-motivated. Be coachable Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to make presentations to potential customers. Ability to effectively relate to a customer. Positive attitude
