Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greer, SC, for an Inside Sales Specialist. The primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships, generating leads through outbound and inbound calls, following up on inquiries, and managing the full sales cycle. The role involves understanding clients' insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring outstanding customer service. The specialist will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the database. Qualifications Sales and Client Relationship Management skills, including lead generation, account management, and customer service expertise Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present product information Problem-solving and Critical Thinking skills to assess client needs and offer the best solutions Organizational and Administrative abilities, including managing CRM tools and maintaining detailed sales records Prior experience in insurance or employee benefits is a strong asset Knowledge of health insurance products and Health Care Reform guidelines is preferred High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a bonus Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Pay:

$15.00 - $30.00 per hour
