Today Job Description We are seeking a motivated and dynamic insurance agent to join our team. the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients navigate their insurance needs. This role involves sales where you will engage with potential clients, assess their insurance requirements, and provide tailored solutions. As successful Insurance Agent will demonstrate exceptional negotiation abilities and maintain a customer-focused approach to service. Job Requirements Strong negotiation skill with the ability to close the deal effectively. Excellent communication skills Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to the insurance industry. Previous experience is a benefit but not required. Ability to work independently with contributing positively to the team dynamics. A valid insurance license will be required, prefer to be licensed but training and licensing will be provided if needed.
