ABOUT OUR AGENCY
Our agency opened in 2019 and is a strong team of eight built on a foundation of sales, service, and growth. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I had a strong background in sales, which continues to shape our results-driven approach. I hold a Master's degree in Business Management from Strayer University, have one son, and stay active as a Division I men's basketball referee. I'm also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and value both leadership and community involvement. We stay deeply involved in the community through various charitable efforts and local initiatives. ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Account Associate

  • State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success.
You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
