Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Health Insurance Specialist and become a vital resource for clients seeking expert guidance on health insurance options. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to individuals and businesses by explaining policy details, assisting with enrollment processes, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. Your energetic approach and exceptional communication skills will help clients navigate complex insurance landscapes confidently, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health coverage. Responsibilities Assist clients in understanding various health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage options through clear and engaging communication. Knowledge of individual, group, dental, vision, ACA and Medicare policies. Experience with Wellness Programs and Life Insurance is not required but is a strong plus. Manage sales administration tasks using our Client Management system Epic including documentation, data entry, and follow-up to ensure smooth processing of applications. Analyze client information to recommend suitable insurance products that maximize benefits and customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining long-term relationships. Proven experience in health insurance sales. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to clearly articulate complex insurance concepts. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations ensures compliance when handling sensitive health information. Familiar with Medicare requirements and assist with enrollments, renewals, plan changes, and compliance requirements. Stay current on insurance regulations, carrier products, and market changes Provide ongoing support and customer service to existing clients Collaborate with internal teams and insurance carriers to resolve issues
Pay:
$15,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
