This role is designed for producers who: Already know how to generate and close business Want greater control over their income and schedule Are looking to build a long-term book of business You will operate as an independent advisor , guiding clients through health and financial protection strategies. What You'll Do Client Acquisition & Relationship Building Generate and manage your own pipeline (referrals, networking, outbound, etc.) Build long-term relationships with individuals and families Position yourself as a trusted advisor , not just a salesperson Consultative Sales Process Conduct needs-based consultations Educate clients on: Health insurance options Supplemental and protection products Financial planning strategies (where applicable) Present tailored solutions and close business confidently Book of Business Development Maintain ongoing relationships with clients Drive renewals, referrals, and long-term retention Build a residual, scalable income stream What We're Looking For Proven experience in insurance or high-ticket sales (REQUIRED) Active license preferred (Health/Life), or ability to obtain quickly Strong closing ability and objection handling Entrepreneurial mindset and self-discipline Professional, consultative communication style This role is for producers , not beginners. Compensation & Earnings 100% Commission-Based (1099) Uncapped earning potential High commissions + renewal/residual opportunities Typical earnings: $120,000
