Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license. 2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Nashville, TN. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales Develop ongoing networking relationships Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day What we provide: Base Salary plus Commission/Bonus Paid Time Off (vacation and personal/sick days) Health, Dental, Life Retirement Plan Valuable experience Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office

Requirements:

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus! Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Excellent communication skills•written, verbal and listening Self-motivated Ability to multi-task Ability to effectively relate to a customer Property & Casualty license Life & Health license If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
