Responsibilities:

Present and sell auto, home, renters, GL and commercial insurance policies to new and existing clients. Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs. Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous way. Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics. Market with local complimentary businesses to build relationships that help the company grow.

Qualifications:

Must be Bilingual with excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English & Spanish Not required but Preferred Licensed agents Previous experience, customer service, or other related fields Strong negotiation skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Great time management and punctuality Reliable form of transportation Willing to travel at times to DFW locations
