Position Overview The Licensed Insurance Sales Producer is responsible for driving new business, support existing clients, and contributing to overall agency growth. This is a full-time, in-office role for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, closing business, and helping clients make informed insurance decisions.

Salary Range:

$33,000.00

• $70,000.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Present and explain insurance coverage options based on client needs and risk profiles Meet or exceed new business production goals set with the Agent Prospect and generate new business through agency-provided leads and referrals Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and cross selling Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve questions or concerns Maintain current knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and coverage changes Accurately document client interactions and sales activity in agency systems Qualifications Active Texas General or Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance license required Active Texas General Lines Life, Accident, Health & HMO license preferred but not required Bilingual Spanish required Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and accountability Ability to work a full-time, in-office schedule weekdays Must pass a background check including state, federal, and county criminal history About Us
