Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet their coverage requirements while maintaining company standards. Manage sales administration tasks such as preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions within our CRM system. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new customers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, explaining policy options clearly, and assisting with claims or policy adjustments as needed. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes (including HIPAA compliance where applicable), and competitor offerings to continuously enhance your sales approach. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to effectively articulate product benefits and address client concerns. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively. Familiarity with sales administration tools, CRM systems, and marketing strategies to support outreach efforts. Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships.
