Duties Actively pursue outside sales opportunities through networking, community outreach, and telemarketing efforts to generate new business leads. Engage with potential clients via phone calls, in-person meetings, and digital channels to assess their insurance needs and present suitable property and casualty coverage options. Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Manage sales administration tasks including preparing proposals, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records. Conduct analysis of client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and tailor marketing strategies accordingly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting with claims or policy updates as needed. Collaborate with team members on benefits administration, compliance requirements such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), and overall sales strategy development. Qualifications Active Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain) Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must Sales, customer service, financial services, or insurance experience a plus Strong communication and computer skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Professional attitude and strong work ethic Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships. Strong communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases. Proficiency in sales administration tools, CRM systems, and marketing techniques to optimize outreach efforts.
