This energetic position offers the opportunity to leverage your sales expertise, communication skills, and multilingual abilities to build lasting customer relationships. As an Insurance Agent, you will actively engage in outside sales efforts, and provide exceptional customer service—all while promoting the benefits of our comprehensive insurance products. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help drive growth and ensure clients feel confident and supported every step of the way. Responsibilities Assist clients with auto, renters, and other insurance products by providing quotes, coverage explanations, and policy support. Prepare and process income tax returns accurately and efficiently. Promote additional services offered by J&L Multiservices based on client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Follow up with leads, renewals, referrals, and customer inquiries. Process applications, renewals, policy changes, and related documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Maintain accurate customer records and provide ongoing customer support. Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish). Previous experience in sales, insurance, tax preparation, or customer service preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on insurance or financial products. Strong negotiation skills to tailor policies effectively while securing favorable terms for clients. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse communities. Solid analysis skills for evaluating client needs, market data, and policy options to recommend suitable solutions. Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions efficiently. Ability to work independently in outside environments while maintaining a team-oriented mindset focused on achieving sales goals.
Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
