What You'll Do Sell Auto, Home, Commercial, Specialty, and Life Insurance across Texas Build relationships and earn referrals Follow up consistently and stay organized Handle objections confidently and close sales Deliver outstanding customer service Meet and exceed production goals What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed Self-starter who takes initiative Resilient and comfortable handling rejection Quick learner who can adapt and execute Previous sales experience is a plus, but attitude and work ethic matter more.
