Qualifications:

Limited Lines License:

Not required but preferred. Previous experience in customer service or other related fields. Strong negotiation skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Great time management and punctuality. Bilingual in English & Spanish with excellent verbal & written communication skills is preferred.

Prospecting & Sales:

Actively seeking new clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Needs Assessment:

Interviewing prospective clients to determine financial status, existing coverage, and risk exposure.

Policy Customization:

Calculating, quoting, and explaining policy options to create tailored protection plans.

Administrative Maintenance:

Processing applications, renewals, and payments, as well as maintaining accurate client records.

Customer Service:

Acting as a liaison during the claims process and assisting clients with policy changes.

Workweek:

Monday•Friday and Every Other Saturday; Day shift.

Pay Details:

$12.00•$22.00/hr.
