In response to a growing demand for our products and services in recent years, our growth means that we continuously strive to recruit innovators to join our fast-paced, forward-thinking team. Guaranteed commission is provided during the initial three months of training, in addition to the hourly wage. We are based in Frisco, TX and employ prospective candidates that are able to work in a Hybrid work arrangement, 3 days in the office per week at a minimum. This particular role is located at 6435 Flyers Way in north Frisco, TX. Duties & Responsibilities:
Be a Group 1 Life and Health Licensed Agent with the ability to be Certified for Medicare Efficiently handle a large quantity of inbound sales calls Work in a fast-paced environment Identify opportunities to sell, up-sell, and cross-sell Careington products Ensure all phone calls are answered timely and that the caller's questions are addressed completely Maintain a thorough knowledge of all sales campaigns running through the H.P.S.U Handle both insured and non-insured sales calls Work with team to exceed sales goals set forth by management

Duration:
6 weeks
Schedule:
Tuesday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location:
Flyers Way Post-Training Schedule :
Work Hours:
12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Days Off:
One day off during the Monday to Friday work week
Saturdays:
9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Tuesday to Thursday, one week per month at Flyers Way Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Phone Sales Experience Strong work ethic Exert a high level of energy, drive and enthusiasm and possess a positive attitude while being a team player Must be a self-motivator with a desire to add value to the day-to-day operations of the department Commission Driven Goal Oriented Flexibility in scheduling Must be able to accurately retain sales campaign knowledge and apply sales tactics that have been learned Must have the ability to work independently and with others when appropriate Impeccable communication skills - both written and verbal Must have professional phone demeanor and superb listening skills Must be extremely organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks Ability to easily adapt to departmental changes Have a strong desire to meet the department's overall goals
Education, Experience & Software:
