This role is critical to keeping our office running efficiently, ensuring appointments are properly scheduled, deadlines are met, and team events and administrative processes are executed with excellence. Responsibilities Contact customers to schedule appointments Run weekly and monthly production reports for the agency owner and team Handle system setup, troubleshooting, and process documentation Manage the owner's calendar, prioritize daily tasks, and protect high-value time Manage and organize agency email communications Support recruiting efforts — posting positions, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews Support onboarding of new team members with training coordination and system access Plan and coordinate marketing and community outreach events Organize team events and activities that strengthen culture and collaboration Provide general administrative support to keep daily operations efficient What We Are Looking For The ideal candidate brings more than just skills — We are looking for someone who: Has a great attitude and genuinely enjoys working with people Is coachable and eager to learn and grow within the role Brings a strong work ethic and takes pride in their work Has great energy, eager, and self-motivated Comfortable reaching out to customers to schedule appointments Is assertive and confident in follow-through and communication Is highly organized and able to manage priorities Can follow established systems and processes with consistency Job Type Full Time or Part-Time Compensation Competitive Salary Bonus Opportunities Schedule Monday to Friday This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
