Salary Range:

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain) Previous sales or insurance industry experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset Coachable and eager to learn through training and mentorship Responsibilities Obtain required insurance licensing and complete onboarding training Participate in ongoing training and 1:1 coaching through District 20 and the University of Farmers Prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and outbound outreach Build and maintain strong client relationships using a consultative sales approach Present and recommend insurance solutions based on clients' needs and risk profiles Meet or exceed new business and production goals while maintaining accurate client records in agency systems About Us Here at the Montez Agency, we believe in protecting what matters most to you.
