Salary Range:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications. A genuine desire to help people protect what matters most to them. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations. Explain complex insurance policies in a clear and understandable manner. Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele. Process new business applications and ensure accurate data entry. Collaborate with the team to achieve agency sales goals.
