As we continue to grow, we're excited to welcome a dedicated Insurance Sales Producer to our team.
Responsibilities:

Quote Generation:
Drive to complete 8 to 12 quotes in-person or over the phone daily by leveraging new leads, past clients, and known x-dates. •
Sales Targets:
Achieve a minimum of $20,000 in premiums sold each month within Property & Casualty insurance lines. •
Effective Customization:
Close 10%-20% of quotes offered by tailoring your approach to suit each client's unique needs. •
Policy Production:
Generate a minimum of 15 Property & Casualty policies and 1 Life policy per month.
Qualifications:

Proven Performance:
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. •
Adaptability:
Ability to customize your sales approach based on client preferences. •
Licensing:
Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license within 1st month of employment. •
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication. •
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, insurance software, and CRM systems.
Compensation:
•
Competitive Base Salary Plus Uncapped Commission:
Up to $85,000 on average for first-year producers. •
Benefits:
Health benefits and retirement plans are available with some agencies. •
