Your income is directly tied to your effort, consistency, and ability to build relationships. Position Overview As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to help them protect their financial future through customized insurance and financial protection solutions. This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on educating clients, identifying needs, and helping them make informed decisions with confidence. What You'll Do Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and outreach Conduct client needs assessments to identify financial protection goals Present and recommend customized insurance solutions Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and policy reviews Guide clients through applications, underwriting, and policy issuance Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using CRM systems Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and competitive mindset Ability to build trust and simplify complex information for clients Organized professionals with strong follow-up and time-management skills Coachable individuals eager to grow professionally Professional attitude with a strong work ethic Preference for candidates who demonstrate strong drive, discipline, and willingness to learn, even without prior insurance experience Willingness to obtain or currently hold an insurance license Sales experience is helpful, but not required — training is provided Preferred Qualifications Experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales Active insurance license Proven success in commission-based or quota-driven environments Customer service, hospitality, retail, or leadership experience translates well into this role Why Join Ron Mathai Agency?
